The Wonders of the Canary Islands

From Tenerife to Gran Canaria, this tour—which combines adventure, culture, nature, and local flavor—is an invitation to explore the many facets of the Canary Islands!

Your itinerary will first invite you to discover the unique landscapes of the Canary Islands and to appreciate the scale and power of Mount Teide, which created a truly surreal landscape in the center of the island during its most recent eruptions. You’ll be captivated by these lunar landscapes—composed of lava, volcanic craters, and red, black, and ochre earth—which stand in stark contrast to the blue of the surrounding sea.

Throughout your journey, you’ll travel along mountain roads, catch glimpses of spectacular cliffs, and come across a few exceptional lookout points along the way, offering panoramic views of the islands.

You’ll visit historic towns and villages that have plenty of surprises and delights in store for you. Among other things, you’ll be charmed by the old mansions of La Laguna, the carved wooden balconies of La Orotava, the canals of Puerto de Mogan, and the white houses of Tejada.

Your trip will also offer you opportunities to discover local Canarian specialties: Visits to an aloe plantation, a vineyard and winery, a rum distillery, and a honey farm will be other highlights of your trip that are sure to capture your interest.

Ultimately, your trip will end in a seaside town, where you’ll have one last chance to fill your mind with beautiful images and extraordinary memories.
